The cooling was not working properly, and the seat was not comfortable. The push-back/reclining button was also broken. If these basic facilities are not working properly, why are we being charged XXXXX per person? At this price, we expect better comfort and properly maintained facilities. Please look into this issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

This owner has committed suicide or something so they gave me a bus with a different name and they were a little late in picking me up. However the most important thing for me is behavior because I was in this first class from all the people that operated the bus and took us to Malwan. The bus was very safe and the bus was stopped for enough time at the location for eating. What else do you want, especially if you come from the north? More than anything the bus was clean. The air in the bus was kept clean, recirculated but clean. This is typical India and this is a review as honestly as I could put it. I would probably use them going back into Mumbai so after the initial little misgiving everything turned out to be quite perfect.

The washroom we waited for dinner was not hygienic. There was no water in the washroom. After arriving at the drop point, one of the staff removed the belt of our luggage bag while removing it from the boot.

Bus stopped in a garage for 1 hour. I think all the maintenance work should be done before starting the travel. Rest everything was great.

Bus time at Chiplun was 21.40. It came at 23.40. No advance intimation about the delay. No specific pick point by these operators. AC was terrible in the bus. I advise all future passengers not to opt for this bus service.
