They haven't called me one time but shouted at me that they called me and I haven't said anything on phone. First of all, not even a single call came.

Driver was very very rude. If there was only one passenger then they were not ready to come and pick up inside Kilambakkam. He yelled in front of everyone and shouted. Why this type of travels existed. Who was he to yell at me. I was booking a seat with my own money and travelling. Who was he to say for you I should come in and pick up. Very rude behavior of the driver. Also, in Madurai they did not drop at bus stand. Instead, they dropped quite a distance before. Very dissatisfied. Very disappointed with service.

In seat no U17 & U18 AC was perfect but the adjustment tool was not working properly and also there is no power supply for charging and lights are not in working condition.

The scheduled drop-off time was 7:15 AM, but the bus only reached Kulathur at 9:15 AM. Instead of going to the Kulathur bus stop, they dropped passengers off 2 km before it, claiming that was the stop.
