The bus is running 3.5 hour late as per the scheduled arrival time of my stop. It's too late, it's not acceptable. Earlier arrival time was 6:30 now it's around 10:00. I have left my another bus due to late arrival in Sagar.

One word: pathetic. The bus was very dirty, seats were dirty. AC was not working properly. Someone started smoking in morning. Only 10/10 was staff behaviour. Very good and considerate staff.

I will avoid to travel with Travels. Sleeper seats are very narrow; you can't sleep there comfortably. I paid XXX rupees for this seat, I am feeling like I have wasted my money and time as well.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was not up to expectations, and the overall service was poorly managed. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the rest-stop hygiene was unacceptable. Basic cleanliness and passenger comfort should be given more attention. I hope the service provider takes this feedback seriously and improves these issues for future passengers.

Very disappointing experience. The staff behavior was rude and uncooperative, and the seat was not comfortable at all. The overall journey was uncomfortable and did not feel worth the money. Please improve staff behavior and passenger comfort.

The service was extremely poor. The bus ran out of diesel on the way, and the battery also went down. The bus was delayed for around one and a half to two hours, causing a lot of inconvenience and trouble.
