Firstly they made the bus from AC to non AC and second they left me in the middle of my journey at Sagar from where I had to take another bus from Sagar to Damoh. Due to this, I was unable to reach my office on time.

I booked the bus that started at 9:30 pm from Indore to Sagar, but instead I was assigned the bus that started at 10:30 pm. The app didn't give me the bus I booked. And the one that they gave me had its AC not working the entire time; I had to endure the suffocation. And they were 2 hours late to reach Sagar. Truly a horrible experience from both. I have been scammed.
