The seat was not comfortable, and I would strongly recommend avoiding the upper single sleeper in this bus. It is very small, has no proper support for sleeping, and is not suitable for a comfortable journey. The conductor’s behavior was also not good. The charging point was not working, and the bus arrived at the boarding point 45 minutes late. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend booking the upper single sleeper in this bus.

My boarding point was Sikar but the conductor told me to wait up to 30 km to get my seat. Even after the wait, I didn't get my seat; I got another seat (adjusted). Staff behaviour is rude; they said you can get out if you don't want to travel with us.

Changed the seat. No AC. Most unhygienic bus ever I have travelled in my life. Reached about one hour late at the given station. Smoking in the bus. High volume of music.

Poor services. I didn’t expect this type of service. We booked another bus and we got another bus. It’s totally unfair. I will never ever ride again.
