The experience was not good at all because Amar Travels do not have extra tires to change and try to make the bus move, and we have been waiting for 3 hours at Etawah dhaba. I also want to include that CV action should be taken against Amar Travels so they do not make the same mistake for upcoming passengers. We are still waiting at Etawah, and it has been more than 3 hours. The person who went for the tire exchange and repair has not come back till now.

Bus was not punctual to time. When we reached Kunwariya, the bus had left Kunwariya 30 minutes before. At Mehandipur, staff did not call us for the destination. When we awoke, we were 50 km ahead from the destination. Bad service.

Very poor experience they fill the bus beyond the bus seat limit. Bus delay around 2 and half hour at destination. Driver stops bus anywhere to pick up the passengers.
