Everything was good and clean except the curtains. Not only mine, I could see other seats' window curtains as well. They were so dirty. So I would give 4 out of 5.

I had a bad experience with this bus. First, the bus was delayed by 30 minutes from the starting point. Then, midway, the tyre of the bus got burst, which was unavoidable, due to which the bus got delayed by more than four hours. The main issue was that the bus operator changed the route because of this reason, and the bus left us at the bypass instead of the bus stand. Due to this, I missed my exam for which I was going to the city. I also missed the train that I had then booked by tatkal to return back, knowing that I could not reach the exam centre on time. Had the bus taken us to the original destination, we could have at least boarded the return train. Utterly disappointed due to the change of route.
