At the time of booking in app, the drop time was shown as today 7:00 AM. Now the time was 9:44 AM, and my trip was not complete, and my boarding point has not come.

Seats are not adjusting and live tracking is not working. It's very difficult to find the bus where it is.

Tire has been punctured and the seat adjusting button is not there. Also, the driving is not good.

The bus was late by more than 1.5 hrs and the bus was so unhygienic. The seats were pathetic without hand rest and torn, with zero comfort. Worst bus.

My first journey from Proddatur to Hyderabad was an absolutely horrible experience. I was allotted U1 berth. The moment I entered the cabin, I was hit by an extremely strong kerosene/fuel-like smell. It was so intense and unpleasant that I had to endure it throughout the entire journey. There was no escape from the smell inside the closed cabin. The worst part was even after reaching Hyderabad, the smell continued to linger in my nose. Imagine spending an entire journey breathing an unbearable fuel-like odour and then still experiencing it after getting off the bus. This is completely unacceptable for a passenger service. At the very least, passengers should be able to expect a clean, properly maintained and comfortable cabin. A strong fuel/kerosene-like smell inside a passenger compartment is particularly concerning and should never be ignored by the operator. The operator needs to seriously investigate the source of this smell and check the condition and maintenance of the bus. This was not just an uncomfortable journey—it was an experience I genuinely do not want to repeat. Would I book again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it based on this experience? No. The operator needs to take passenger comfort, maintenance and safety much more seriously.
