Very bad experience with the service. First, the bus and driver contact numbers provided to me were not reachable (switched off). I had to contact a local person to get the driver’s number. Secondly, the staff’s behavior was very rude. I requested the driver to stop on the roadside near my home. There was no traffic or blockage, but he refused and asked me to get down at the next stop. Even if he could not stop there, he could have spoken to me politely and explained the reason. The way he behaved with a customer was completely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. The service and staff behavior both need significant improvement.

Extremely poor experience. The AC was not working properly, and despite requesting multiple times, I was told it couldn’t be used continuously, which made me sick and caused vomiting. No bedsheet or blanket was provided. The pillow was in very poor condition with torn or cut edges, and parts of the bus near the seat were broken and unsafe. There was also no live tracking facility. The operator should be seriously reviewed to prevent other passengers from having the same experience.

Still bus not reached now it's at Vasmat, it will reach around 10 AM, where drop time at Nanded was 7 AM, almost 3 hrs late due to operated service. Driver taking passengers without tickets and also keeps live tracking off. Don't go via this bus. I am still struggling.
