Very bad service and bad behavior. there were extra charges collected for the seat on top of the online booking, and the boarding time was too late.

I was allotted upper berth XXXX. But for the first 90 minutes I could not get my seat as it was preoccupied by someone else. Secondly, the conductor boarded the bus after XXXX then he gave me upper berth XXXX which was again not my seat and I had to compromise. In this whole thing, I did not understand one thing that I had booked the ticket and was given a certain berth but I had to compromise. But why? Such a disgusting experience. One more thing, the seat was full of dust which I had to clean by myself.

Cleanliness should be done Blanket must be provided 1/2 litre of hygienic water bottle should be supplied to each of everyone

I was travelling in SL6 & I'm 5.10" foot. I was struggling to sleep because there was not enough space to sleep freely.

Bus conductor's behaviour is very bad. He gives my seat to another person. When I complain about this matter, he shouts at me.
