Very Disappointing Travel Experience with Alif Travels The bus was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes without providing any prior information or updates. The suspension was extremely poor, making it impossible to sleep comfortably even in the upper berth. The driver’s rash driving made the journey uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the support staff refused to allow me to keep my luggage in the lower luggage compartment, forcing me to keep it on the seat. This caused further inconvenience during the journey. Overall, this was a very unpleasant travel experience. Alif Travels seriously needs to improve its punctuality, passenger communication, bus maintenance, driving safety, and staff service. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are addressed.

The bus did not stop at my boarding point. The bus stopped 10 km after the boarding point. It was so bad yesterday. I'll never book a bus again.

Bus delayed 45 mins. Phone number was wrong so not able to connect with driver or anyone. Bus itself no hygiene too many mosquitos.
