Schedule time to reach Vashi was 5.15 am but there was no traffic. However, the bus was late by 1.5 hours; we reached 6.30 am in Mumbai Vashi. Bus crew could improve the reach time.

Overall, the bus service was very good, and most things were well managed. However, I would like to highlight one concern regarding the waiting time. The bus was stopped for almost 3–3.5 hours between Akkalkot and Borivali, which caused a significant delay in reaching the destination. The bus was expected to reach Borivali earlier, approximately by 6:30 am, but finally arrived at around 9:40 am. Apart from this delay, the overall service, comfort, and experience were good. I hope the waiting time can be improved in the future so that passengers can reach their destination on time. Thank you for the good service overall.

Seat was wet and the ac was leaking had to change the seat from single berth to double berth
