The bus has not arrived in Bidar at the scheduled time, and we are still on the way. It will take at least another two hours to reach Bidar. This kind of delay is unacceptable and causes serious inconvenience to passengers. When we asked the driver about the delay, he did not respond properly and behaved irresponsibly, saying, "I don't know anything. You should have checked before booking the bus." This is not the way to treat customers. Many passengers have important and urgent work scheduled for today. Due to this unexpected delay, I am facing a potential business loss of approximately rupees XXXX. Who will be responsible for this loss. Please understand the seriousness of the situation. I am willing to pay rupees XXXX extra for a bus service that maintains its promised schedule. However, passengers should not be misled by incorrect timings or made to suffer because of poor service. I request you to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action against the responsible persons. Please ensure that such incidents do not happen again. I hope you will understand the inconvenience caused and provide a proper response.

It's 9:40. Still I'm in the bus. It takes one more hour to reach majestic. Delay in departure also. Worst experience, almost half of the day spent in the bus itself. Too much delay, all my plans got cancelled because of this bus.
