I had decent experience with them. My seat was double seat sleeper for the night time travel. The bus reached 2 hours late to my final destination. They did not have curtains for the window side. The bedsheet was not that clean. The blanket was okish. There is no separate pillow; it is attached to the bed and is not soft, more like cardboard. They give a small water bottle. They had a charging point and a rack on the upper side, which was useful. The washroom could be much better. You can feel a little motion sickness also. Everything is packed, and a strange smell can cause you a headache. If someone is travelling for the first time, let me tell you, if a seat is booked by a female, only a female can book the seat beside her, except when you are booking more than one seat at a time.
