Must use air pocket perfume in cabin and change the bedsheet regularly and use glass window to please make your bus neat and clean and hygienic.

I had booked a bus from Gudhagorji stand, but the bus never arrived. The bus operator did not even inform me in advance that he would not come to Gudhagorji. When I called him at 7:00, he simply said he would not come and gave no proper information. When I contacted the call Centre, they told me that the bus did not come to Gudhagorji. This was not the first time. On xx/xx/xxxx also, I had booked the same bus service but the bus operators made excuses and refused to come to Gudhagorji stand. I have completed more than 75 journeys and over 30,000 kilometers of travel with service provider. Despite being a regular and loyal customer, this was a very poor experience with extremely poor service. I would not recommend this service to anyone. From today onwards, I will never travel with service provider again. Moreover, the fare that was charged to me has also not been refunded.
