The behavior of both the driver and the cleaner was very rude and unprofessional. The driver did not stop the vehicle at the designated drop-off point, causing unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future.

The bus broke down at around 11:00 PM on the highway. Despite our repeated requests, it took the staff until approximately 2:00 AM to repair the bus. We requested them to arrange a replacement bus or a backup vehicle so that we could continue our journey without further delay. However, they ignored our requests. We also tried contacting the owner, but he did not answer our calls. The driver and other staff members failed to provide us with any clear information regarding the situation, the expected repair time, or when we would be able to resume our journey. Finally, at around 2:00 AM, the bus was repaired, and we resumed our journey. However, the bus broke down again at around 6:00 AM while travelling towards Satara. Once again, we had to wait for approximately two hours for repairs. As a result, we reached our destination only at around 12:00 noon, after facing an exhausting and extremely frustrating delay. The situation was even worse because there were small children, women, and other passengers on board. The bus did not even stop for meals, leaving all the passengers hungry throughout the journey. We were forced to endure this entire ordeal without proper communication, assistance, or basic consideration for passenger comfort and safety. This incident clearly raises serious concerns about the maintenance of the bus and the quality of service provided by the travel operator. A bus that breaks down twice during a single journey indicates a serious failure in vehicle maintenance and passenger service. I demand the following: 1. A full refund of the ticket fare due to the extremely poor service and the unreasonable delay. 2. A proper explanation from the travel operator regarding both breakdowns and the failure to arrange a replacement bus. 3. Appropriate action against the operator for failing to maintain the vehicle and provide adequate assistance to passengers. 4. A thorough investigation into the operator’s services and vehicle maintenance, along with appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again.

The drive was good. The staff was good. Overall experience was good. Will suggest to everyone going from Murgud and nearby areas.

After Panvel this bus stopped due to diesel spraypipe to engine heavy leakage. From 11 pm passengers were standing outside bus up to 1.30 pm then after repair bus started. Again in morning bus stopped for half hour due to same problem. We had to reach urgently but at 8.20 am bus was still at Kolhapur. From other passengers I heard that the same bus was stopped during Ganesh festival near Kolhapur. Why are these old buses kept running and putting passengers' lives at risk.

Third class bus Third class verification by red bus Bus was not reached. It broke down 2 times in midnight Old bus with zero maintenance Worst verification by service provider  Zero rating from me .I m still not reached. Worst worst worst.

While traveling, AC was not working properly. Bad experience.

Whole bus was stinking, the door handle from inside to the driver cabin was missing which is a major safety issue.
