The bus was not clean, totally unhygienic.

About his cancellation policy after buying tickets, the cancellation window disappeared. There was no option to cancel your ticket. Also, if your boarding point was different from the Kolkata Eden Garden, no one contacted you. Even the information address provided was wrong.
