Bus broke down in the middle of the journey to Siliguri and no proactive help or any assistance given from the bus side, not only that we have to prepay premium price for this bus and after that incident no refund made as of now, all extra payment made from my side to reach my destination as well, extreme harassment and fully unprofessional approach, will never take bus, worst experience ever.
