The service was good and the staff behavior was very polite and helpful. The journey started on time, and the cleanliness was excellent. The overall comfort was also very good. However, the brake noise was a bit irritating. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The bus service was extremely poor. The bus was not running properly from Pune, and despite knowing about the issue, the driver continued driving. Eventually, the bus suddenly stopped and would not move again. The staff were also arrogant and uncooperative. My destination was still around 120 km away, so I had no choice but to arrange alternative transportation and take a lift in other vehicles to reach my destination. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I will never book this bus service again. I strongly recommend that the management improve the bus maintenance and staff behaviour.

Would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor condition of the vehicle and the unsatisfactory service provided during our journey. The vehicle broke down twice, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to our travel plans. The air conditioning was not functioning, the vehicle was not clean, and the staff's behavior and cooperation were highly unsatisfactory. Overall, the vehicle's condition was far below acceptable standards. The situation became so difficult that we had to wake up in the middle of the night to change the vehicle, causing considerable discomfort and inconvenience. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell well short of the service standards we expected. I request that you look into this matter seriously, take appropriate corrective action, and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future. I also expect a prompt response and a suitable resolution to this complaint.

The service that Travel was providing earlier is really good, but now it has improved a lot. It felt great to be dropped off on time and picked up on time.

My bus was so clean, they offer water as well. My experience was so good.

All the basic expectations from bus operator during travel, especially at night, are fulfilled. Cherry on the top is the snacks and water bottle provided.
