Worst service ever. I was waiting for 4 to 5 hour at the bus stop and my luggage was not kept properly in storage. They gave me where I sleep. My half of my day was wasted. Paying more than xxxx and still getting worst service. Really upset.

My dropping point was Nelamangala toll, but they did not stop or inform. I checked with the map and knew we were near Yeswanthpur. I asked the driver, then only they checked the chart and said sorry. Not acceptable. Because of this, I struggled with traffic and canceled my official meeting.

I know my feedback doesn't make any difference for you as I had shared my last experience with Nakoda and there was no action taken update I received. But still I'm sharing my today's journey experience. It was horrible experience this time. I was waiting for this Agni bus at my pickup point. I called the bus driver as the bus was delayed and was spotted at one point waiting for a long time. The driver said due to traffic bus was delayed but all other buses were passing by timely in front of me. He said he will reach my spot in few minutes; however, they were delayed to reach my spot. Moreover, even after waving hand to the bus, the driver slowed down the bus and continued and went without picking me up. I tried to reach the driver on his phone but his phone was busy and meanwhile when connected, he had reached 5 kms away from my pickup point. I had to book a Rapido and reach the bus. I had to face a lot of inconvenience. I asked the driver after reaching my destination why this happened as I felt it was done purposefully. He said it was not his turn to drive the vehicle but his partner's turn to drive the bus in the night at the time of pickup and so he asked me to lodge a complaint. So due to their internal problem, passengers have to face inconvenience. At the next pickup, the same issue was faced by one more passenger and he was scolding the driver. Necessary action needs to be taken against such drivers causing inconvenience to the passengers. Expecting an update on this feedback this time.
