Travelled paying a hefty price for a high-end bus to find a fully torn blanket which could not be used. It's an AC bus. What kind of cleanliness and treatment is this for customers with highly priced tickets.

Terrible experience on the overnight bus on [11/10/2026]. The onboard toilet had absolutely no water supply, making it completely unusable and unhygienic. As a mother travelling with a sleeping child, I couldn't leave her and had to painfully hold my urine for hours. Passengers pay extra for these facilities. Please fix your pre-trip maintenance checks so no other woman or passenger has to suffer through this physical distress.
