The bus did not arrive, I could not call any hotlines, and it was extremely unclear where the bus stand was. I will therefore be requesting a full refund.

No bus arrived at boarding point there was no person to whom we can connect with. Contact number was switched off. I need the full refund for my ticket.

Do not book this bus. It is a dummy bus. No one will call you. The bus never exists. It is a scam.

Bus did not come. we waited for long time at night. We tried to reach multiple times. please process our refund in priority as discussed with red bus service person.

I was at the bus stop more than 15 minutes before, i had my ticket and the bus didn't stop !! i ask for a refund Plus, i lost 1 day trip and I pay for a hostel i shouldn't pay because the bus didn't stop.

Actually bus did not come to the boarding point. We waited for two hours and, apart from that, the concerned person's phone was switched off.

Do not book. This was a fake bus. There was no such bus. Don't get cheated.

Bus booking was fraud, even there was no travel, but ticket was booked, cost paid, no bus reached, no driver call, no live tracking, driver phone switched off, customer care number switched off, no communication. Even customer care did not respond in time. Even customer care was unable to reach travel. Initiating legal action against travel and platform.

There was no live tracking and no message from travels regarding bus and driver details. We have to call multiple times, then they give the driver number. They also do not lift the call and arrive 1 hour late to pickup. No update.

Very bad experience with travels yesterday night bus did not come. Driver mobile number switched off. Live tracking not available. I had a very bad experience with travels. All company mobile numbers are switched off.
