Water bottle and snacks are not provided. Bus delayed more than 1 hr.

The bus graded as primo, however, the bus still has not reached its destination. The other buses that started after this bus already reached their destination well in time. When I contacted the bus, they said traffic block, however, there was no abnormal traffic, only a little bit. Other buses also used the same road, so how can they justify? Too pathetic service. It is requested that the primo status may please be withdrawn as the bus was almost 4 hours late. The bus was supposed to reach Lalbagh at about 0615 hours, however, the bus still has not reached the dropping point (0915 hours). Very poor and lackadaisical approach of the bus authorities. Shame on this travels.

My drop location was near to Skylon shop, but they dropped me at another location and said this was their last dropping point.
