While traveling it was raining and water was entering even after the windows were closed. My bed was totally wet. At one place the glass of the window fell down from the bus. There is no safety and care taken while traveling. I paid and still couldn't sleep properly.

Not trustworthy services. My bus booking was cancelled without any prior SMS/call/email information. I reached the boarding point and faced inconvenience and additional expenses
