Worst condition of the bus. The charging plug is not working. There is no clearness. Clothes, bed, pillow and other items are in very poor condition. There is a very bad smell in the bus.

The bus is not coming to the mentioned boarding point. The driver said the bus will come to another location. Since it is nighttime and that place is not safe, I am not comfortable going there. Please take action. It's not good.

The sleeper seats and pillow were full of dust alongside rain leaking inside the bus and the poor state of the body. I needed a full refund. In case if you needed any video, I wanted to share that proof as well. I hoped you found this feedback and the team wanted to assist me to get a full refund of this journey.

Due to rain, there was leakage in the bus due to which all my clothes got wet, and also there was continuous leakage from the top of the bus. It was so terrible. The seats were also not maintained properly. They stopped many times in between, which made sleep fully interrupted, and arrived 1 hour 30 mins late also.
