Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The bus was scheduled for around 12:00 AM, but it arrived at approximately 02:45 AM, almost 3 hours late. By that time, the entire pickup location had become completely deserted. When I called the driver to ask about the delay, he was extremely casual and said that the bus would take another 2 hours because they were having food at a roadside dhaba. There was no proper communication or concern about passengers waiting late at night. I was a boy, so I somehow felt safe waiting there, but what if a girl or a family with children had been waiting alone at such a deserted place at 02:00 to 03:00 AM. Passenger safety should be taken seriously. They should look into such operators and take appropriate action. Such long delays without proper communication were completely unacceptable.
