First of all, the vehicle was very old and unhygienic. It was converted from non-AC to AC, windows were openable, and the AC was just for name; no cooling, just the fan was working, which was very disappointing. The bus bearings broke in the middle of the road because of the age of the vehicle. Please review the vehicle before listing it on the app so we get the best service. We believe in this platform for travelling; please do not play with our beliefs.

Firstly, the driver dropped me on the highway bypass instead of the stop I had selected while booking the ticket. The stop was available in the booking options provided by your system, yet I was not dropped there. Secondly, the driver was driving the bus in a very reckless and unsafe manner throughout the journey, which caused significant discomfort and concern for passengers. Lastly, when the bus broke down, passengers were made to wait for nearly 2 hours. In such a situation, the transport operator should have arranged an alternative bus or another mode of transportation instead of making passengers wait for such a long time.

Bus had left me and my daughter at the hotel without checking if all passengers were inside the bus or not. Where there was a halt for dinner. Was a worst experience.

AC was good and comfortable. Punctuality was not proper, came late and reached late.
