I have booked so far from my trip, the express has been quite good for me, but the one I took was literally not in a travelling condition. The staff was not organised, the bus was in such a dirty situation, there was a very bad smell coming from it, and some of the numbering and seat numbering were not proper. Please check the condition of the buses before adding them to your app so that the customer is not cheated.

I had more luggage with me, but the driver dropped me on Gunjan Bridge itself, even though all buses pass through Gunjan Char Rasta. Since I was carrying around 20–25 kg of luggage, I faced significant difficulty due to being dropped on the bridge. If the vehicle was not going to go below Gunjan Bridge, this should have been informed in advance so that I could have arranged my own pick-up/drop facility accordingly. Being dropped on the bridge caused further inconvenience, as auto-rickshaws are generally not available there. Additionally, the charging facility was switched off after around 10:00 PM and was turned on only after I requested it in the morning. It would be helpful if passengers are informed in advance about the charging availability and operating timings. Sudden changes like this create inconvenience for passengers. Despite paying the full fare, I had to face these difficulties. I request you to look into this matter and ensure that such important information is communicated beforehand to avoid inconvenience to passengers in the future.
