There was no blanket and the bedsheet had a stain. Hygiene was not maintained. It was stinky and dirty.

The bus started late from departure and the live tracking was also not available to track the bus. the rest of the buses passed by my boarding point on time, but my family and I kept waiting at the boarding point for more than an hour without any clue. at one point, I felt that I should cancel my bus ticket and board another bus. I requested the authorities to compensate for my bad experience and false rating on your system. I booked the bus looking at the extraordinary rating of 4.9 stars, but the experience I had was not worth more than two stars.
