Rest stop very average, bua cleaning is very bad, not even sleeping seat is clean for once, AC is continuously on, cannot turn off the vent, most of the vents are damaged.

This was advertised as a Primo AC sleeper, but the AC barely cooled throughout the journey. The bus felt hot, stuffy, and extremely uncomfortable. Charging a premium fare for an AC service and failing to provide basic cooling is unacceptable. This completely ruined the travel experience. The operator needs to stop compromising on passenger comfort and maintain the AC properly before putting the bus on the road. I would not recommend this service unless the issue is fixed.
