Drop was in Swarget. They dropped me on highway Nawale Bridge saying bus is going to Goa from highway.

Bus arrived very late. Then midway they stopped the bus. Swargate departure time was 7 am. Before that, they stopped the bus and said the bus was not going to Swargate and that passengers had to get down two or three stops earlier. They had planned this. They did not answer properly. Pathetic experience. Do not go with this bus. I travelled on 28.09.2026. This is genuine feedback from me. Not satisfied.

It's very bad vehicle, charging point not working, water dropping from Ac to seat, seat indicator not available operator change seat 4 time due he is not aware of seat position.

dabba shows almost 7 hours lead and still impress of eating the stability was not good and the bless you extremely dirty and clean the AC is not working the entry of the boys is almost xxx getting into the total waste of money.

The worst journey ever. I was allotted a seat where it was supported by cardboard and I could literally fall out onto the road while the bus was running. Imagine I am sleeping and the bus hits a bump. It is not the only bad thing. The charging points do not work and when asking, the conductor misbehaved and said they would not work. Another thing is they are so punctual that they arrived two hours late at the boarding location. Not to mention, the bus did not even have the name of the travel agency. Travels was written on the bus. On the website, they had written that the journey takes around 25 hours to complete. The journey was supposed to be completed by 7 pm; however, it is 9:30 pm and I am still four to five hours away from my destination. Horrible journey. Whenever I talked to the travel agency, the driver or the conductor, they either lied or misbehaved. Never in my life will I travel with their bus service. I am extremely angry and sad while writing this. I am just thinking what I did wrong that I ended up in this situation.
