I booked a bus ticket from Salem to Hosur through the app. At the time of booking, the route was shown via Krishnagiri. However, the driver changed the route and took a shortcut before reaching Dharmapuri, bypassing Krishnagiri. I had planned to meet a person at the Krishnagiri toll, but due to this unexpected route change, I missed the meeting and faced considerable inconvenience. I request you to clearly display the actual bus route and all major stops in the app before booking. If the route was changed after booking, passengers should be informed in advance. Please investigate this issue and take the necessary action to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you.

Actually the buses 2.5 hours delay from the boarding point and they missed my baggage which was took by another person from Salem they didn't notice it .

Arrival time mentioned 5.45 am. Still 130 km to reach my arrival point. Already 2 hours late and another 2.5 hours to reach my arrival point. It's not acceptable. More than 4 hours delay. My half day leave was going to waste. I need to travel after my arrival point for 3 hours to reach my home. Totally wasted my one day paid leave.

Terrible. Mysore to Bangalore they took us by van since there were only four passengers including us, and before reaching our pick-up point in Bangalore, the van was not operating and asked us to book another cab. Worst.

The bus staff were polite, decent, and supportive. AC was good, and a water bottle was provided. However, the seating and sleeping space was very congested, making it uncomfortable to stretch my legs or sleep properly. The pillow was too hard, and the bus was around 2 hours late. Overall, the staff service was good, but the comfort and punctuality need improvement.
