Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Bus Delay – I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your company. I am a frequent bus traveler and have booked and traveled on many buses. However, such a significant delay is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor service. I booked your company’s bus on the recommendation of my friends, trusting that I would receive a good service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked the bus from Thrissur, but the bus did not arrive at the scheduled time. Due to this unacceptable delay, I was forced to board another bus to continue my journey. This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. I never expected such poor service from your company, especially after booking based on my friends’ recommendations. I request that you take this complaint seriously, provide an explanation for the delay, and take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again. I am extremely disappointed with your service and expect a proper response and resolution.

The bus doesn't have the premium bus feature as said. If the person puts the seat back, then our legs are gone. Also, there were no rest stops.

Bus quality was poor. Driver was using mobile phone while driving. Driving was a bit rash. AC is not working properly.

Staff were not cooperative to board us from the location which was hardly 1km away from the actual boarding point.

Bus is good. Staff is very supportive. Rest stop provided even though it was not in trip as it was an emergency. Overall great experience.
