Aadi Raj Travels Bus Booking

The bus provided for my journey was exceptionally terrible, overloaded with packages and other materials rather than people. First of all, the bus was extremely late for departure and then at around 11 pm it got punctured and also had a breakdown in the morning. Not maintained vehicle, I request to please not undertake these buses on this platform to make my trip, and I request you to please remove this particular vehicle from service and also take action against this transportation firm responsible for this vehicle.

Worst bus ever. Bus reached 1 hr late. My pickup place was changed 2 hr before pickup. Very untidy. Very rude staff. Driver was being rude when asked for charging. No hygienic stops. Bus was 2 hrs late. Meanwhile, bus tracker showed that bus had arrived at its destination at 6:35 am. Passengers had to face trouble checking their destinations because the bus tracker was not working after 6:35. Overall, it was the worst experience for me. Female solo travellers should not book this bus.

Overloaded bus with goods. Also loaded inside the bus. Bus 2 tyre got burst in Dhulia. Still at Dhulia. Very bad service.

Bus was delayed.

This bus is not women friendly. In the middle of Surat Indore way, the driver allowed unknown passengers and slept on the pathway. What about the safety of ladies? I request bus not to list this type of bus in their list; otherwise, we will stop booking through bus.

In full travel he takes only personal parcel and parcel in Vadodara only 2 tyres parcel. He held for 1.15 hours on the road in this hot season. Arrival time 5.30 to 6.00 o'clock and he reached at 7.45. Too much, and too much very poor, poor service.

The bus basically seemed to have no suspensions, it was jumping on plain roads, I could feel the tiniest shocks up to my upper seat. Windows did not open, curtains were missing on my seat. There were pouches of pan masala folded and pushed between the seats and dirt all over the corners of the seat and the windows. It looked like the bus had not gone for servicing for a very long time.

Seats were so dusty and dirty. Also, there was a smell of urine. I couldn't even sleep for 5 minutes.

Bus interior was very poor; even rain water is coming inside from the window. Window was jammed. It's very difficult to operate. This was one of my worst experiences of travelling.
