Carelessness of bus operator. I kept my bag inside storage of bus, operator has taken off my stuff with others in between journey. They are keeping me waiting for 2 hours to get back my bags. They haven't dropped me at the same destination mentioned in ticket and gave reason that bus didn't go there.

A conductor-type staff told me to change seat for his profit. Then I changed a seat, and he told me to change again. They tried to fill the whole bus in one bed. There were 3 persons seated near me at a time, and I didn't sleep properly. Kindly behave. I had booked the bus, not a random person who's running after the bus.
