Bus 40 km/hr on highway. Mumbai to Pune takes 6 hrs. Why? And also stop in Lonavala for lunch.

Staff was not cooperative. Did not wait for 10 minutes at Hanuman Road bus stop because we got stuck in traffic. Without prior information, he left from consecutive stops and told me to join at Chembur. Due to this, I had to travel for 1 hour by auto; it cost me around XXXXX. The rest of the journey was smooth.
