My overnight journey with 5 Star Travel was a very disappointing experience. The bus was delayed by 2 hours and 15 minutes, causing unnecessary inconvenience and wasting my valuable time. The service was not up to expectations. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves punctuality.

This bus service needs a lot of improvements. The AC was not working at all. It was too hot. They allowed many passengers extra without any seat or berth. They slept randomly in the main passage of the bus, which made it impossible to move. This is really horrible. The driving was very rash. Could not sleep even for five minutes. Highly disappointed.
