We never reached our destination, bus got damaged in Pune and was in Pune for 7 hours.

AC is not working, and the seats are very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the bus is poor and not hygienic at all. This is not the expected standard of service.

Ac was not working, not clean, no blanket. One thing was good that it was late by 1 hr from Mumbai but reached Pandharpur half hour early.

Worst busy I have ever seen. AC was not working and it felt very suffocating during the 8-hour night journey. Do not travel with this bus.
